Our vision for the project is designed to nurture the ideals of community, neighborhood, nature, and living a balanced life. The project will include a residential neighborhood with single-family homes and townhomes, professional, creative and medical office space, and a small “Retail Village”.

Inspired by the classic New England village centers characteristic of the early days of the Connecticut Western Reserve,

the project will seamlessly blend a mixed-use community with Pepper Pike’s idyllic natural setting. It will be thoughtfully designed in conjunction with the city and its consultants to complement the surroundings, allowing community and connections to happen naturally.

Picture cafés spilling onto quaint streets, business meetings taking place by the creek, and residents walking from the new neighborhood to where they need to go. With the green space, situated in the center of the project and making up nearly 1/3 of the total acreage, strolling, biking, walking, and jogging will be a fundamental part of the community’s fabric.

We heard you when you said you needed more information, so we have put together a conceptual vision and site plan.

We know we will need to revisit and reevaluate this vision as we all learn more about the long term impacts of COVID-19 on the retail and restaurant industry, and revisit it once again during the Master Planning process, if and when a rezoning issue passes.
